Before requesting a reservation, please check the calendar to see if the date you want is available.
All events must end at 12 midnight unless otherwise authorized by the WCFA board.
Security must be paid for by renters 2 weeks prior to your event and must be hired through the WCFA. There will be a $25 service charge on returned checks for any reason. Deposit and contract is due 3 days after reservation has been approved. Full rental money is due 15 days prior to event. There will be no charge if event is canceled before 3 month of event date. If event is canceled 30 day before date only 50% of deposit will be returned. If event is canceled within 30 days of event deposit will be retained.
Recently remodeled hall, A/C and Heat, Granite Counter Tops, Caterers Prep Kitchen, Large Walk in Cooler, Food Warmers and Freezer. Comes with 30Table and 300 Picnic White Chairs. $2,000.00 Sunday-Thursday, $3,000.00 Friday-Saturday with a $750.00 fully refundable security deposit.
Indoor and Outdoor pavilion, includes 80 plus picnic tables, Seats approximately 2000 people, Kitchen not included.
Rent: Private Party – $800.00 plus a $300.00 fully refundable security deposit.
Barbara Carpenter Building (Creative Living)
Indoor facility with central air and heat, full working kitchen with two refrigerators and three ovens, 20 folding tables with chairs. Seats approximately 300 people Rent: Private Party – $600.00 plus a $300.00 fully refundable security deposit.
Covered Show Barn and Arena
Approximately 100 X 275 in size Bleachers available.
Rent: Private Party – $400 plus $75 per hour for light usage over 4 hours, plus a $300.00 fully refundable security deposit. Fans can be added for an additional $100.00 for each set.
Approximately 100 X 275 in size Bucking Chutes Bleachers Tractor work and set up available at an additional cost.
Rent: Private Party – $350 plus $75 per hour for light usage, plus a $300.00 fully refundable security deposit.
You can take it lock, stock, and barrel. $2000.00 plus a $500.00 fully refundable security deposit, $75.00 per hour for lights under the Show Barn over 4 hours of usage and $75 for usage of any lights needed in the rodeo area. Kitchen in concession stand not included nor the 30 acres parking lot and overnight hook ups across the street. (priced separately per event).
Carnival Parking Lot – (Cloche White Rock) $200 utilities not included.
Rear Parking Lot (15 acres grass) $500.00 including lawn maintenance.
Rear Parking Lot- Hook ups (30 amp ele. And water) -$30.00 per day ($10.00 savings if you rent all in advance).
FFA and 4H shows
FFA shows which includes the showbarn, Barbara Carpenter Building and the concession stand rents for $300 per day. Youth and 4H groups pay $50 per day or $50 per hour for lights, whichever is greater.
VIP area not available for rent except under special circumstances with board approval
Rental is by contract only and must be signed by a responsible party. Dates are reserved when a deposit has been made.
WCFA is not responsible for any accidents, loss or damage of personal property.
WCFA reserves the right to review and/or refuse any application.
If alcoholic beverages are sold, they must be sold through the WCFA.
If alcoholic beverages are served, the WCFA will hire security at the renter’s expense.
Private Parties are required 1 security guard per 100 people, minimum 2.
Hours of rental are 8am to Midnight, unless otherwise authorized by the WCFA board.
Fairgrounds must be left in original condition or deposit will be forfeited.
Any verbal agreements made with board members are not valid. All agreements must come through the office manager.
